  • Jawad Hassan is the Senior Consultant at Hassan, Qureshi & Mamdot and specializes in corporate, commercial, constitutional, banking, privatization, projects and energy, competition/antimonopoly, commercial arbitration, litigation, tax, labour, and environmental law. Mr. Hassan has vast experience in contentious matters including litigation in the Superior Courts of Pakistan as well as regulatory forums in Pakistan including the SECP, CCP, Tax Tribunals, NIRC, FST, FTO, Banking Ombudsman and the Environment Tribunal.Mr. Hassan, an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan is a law graduate (LL.B) of the Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan and holds a Masters of Law (LL.M) from Pace University, U.S.A., a post-graduate degree in accounting from the University of Westminster and a Masters in Economics from the Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan. Mr. Hassan also holds a Diploma in Human Rights Law from the Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands.Mr. Hassan has authored various books on media and environment laws and has numerous international publications and research articles in law journals, both in and outside Pakistan. Mr. Hassan is a visiting lecturer at leading institutions in Pakistan and has been involved in training regulators and Government officers. Mr. Hassan has also drafted laws, rules and regulations and has been a member of various committees, commissions and advisory boards of the Provincial and Federal Government.

  • Haider Zaman Qureshi has extensive experience in banking, corporate finance & securities regulation, real estate development, hospitality industry, local government, energy, oil and gas, petroleum, telecommunication, construction, taxation, world trade organization, international trade, venture capital, intellectual property, environment, industrial relations, constitutional law, and commercial litigation.Mr. Qureshi, an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, is a law graduate of the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom and holds a Masters of Law (LL.M) from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, United Kingdom.Mr. Qureshi has numerous international publications and research articles in law journals, both in and outside Pakistan. Mr. Qureshi is a visiting lecturer at leading institutions in Pakistan and is a member of various committees and associations. Mr. Qureshi has also drafted laws and policies of the Provincial and Federal Government.
